Ender's Game Book Cover Redesign
Book cover redesign for Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Ender's Game is a classic science fiction novel from 1985 about a young boy named Ender Wiggin and his role in the war between Earth an alien species. To win the war, the world government creates young military geniuses to be a part of their exclusive program consisting of war games in battle rooms on a training station in space.
Ender makes a pivotal discovery that leads to his victories in the games and becomes a common theme throughout the novel which is: "the enemy's gate is down". The redesign of the cover focuses on the circular battle room gate, with arrows pointing downwards. The main goal of the redesign is a modernization of design style, bringing a classic 80's novel to the present day.
